• Screening Resumes and Job Applications
• Telephonic Screening
• Source candidates from various online portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Hirect, Glassdoor, Freshersworld, etc).
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

• Gender:- Female
• Having experience in IT Company is preferred
• Experience Required:- 2 years (Minimum)
• Educational/Qualification:- Graduate, Post Graduate
